Jaheda Hossain is a fisheries Entrepreneur with 24 years of fish farming experience. Initially she started as a School teacher. After that she engage in fish and livestock farming. Now she engaged in fisheries farm mechanization, agricultural machinery importation, agricultural farm design and automation technology.
Dr. Muhammad Alamgir Hossain Sarker

Dr. Muhammad Alamgir Hossain is an innovative fish farmer, highly engage in agricultural sector in Bangladesh. He has a good experience in agricultural and fish farming. He has a sound business knowledge about biomedical instrument, medical equipment and accessories, fisheries mechanization, agricultural mechanization and automation sector of Bangladesh.
He is a physician and obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) degree from Sylhet Medical Collage, Bangladesh and Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (DMU) degree From Chittagong University.
Engr. Kaizar Tariq Inan

Kaizar Tariq Inan, is an IT professional with 8 years of experience in software development, server maintenance, project management and IoT device development. In his early career as software developer, contributed in developing Property management software, different customized Customer Relationship Management Software including RMR Cloud, My Rug Tracker, iEatery, On Express (Courier service), PREPERP (Emergency resource planning), CRM Software, Automated Fish Farm etc.
He is presently working as Sr. Software Engineer and Team Lead at PIISTECH LTD mainly working as a team leader, taking care of software development, server maintenance, client communications, customer and client support of different projects. He works with ASP.NET, Java Script, C++, C#, Microsoft SQL server, Windows and Linux server, Arduino etc. He is proficient in English, Bangla. He has been working for different local and foreign companies like Jamuna Group (BD), Central Station Marketing (USA), Thompson Satellite and Security (USA), TCL Global (UK and BD), Property Queen (Malaysia, Singapore and Australia), DFW Securities (USA), Dalworth Rug Cleaning (USA), iEatery (USA and BD) and around 20 more.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (Honours) Specialization: Software Development and Project Management, Database Management, Server Management and Software Quality Assurance from Faculty of Computer Science, American International University Bangladesh.

Nishat Sharmin is an energetic and dynamic Mechanical Engineer. She skilled in innovative development of different mechanical machineries used in agricultural sector. She is expert in equipment maintenance. Now, she is working in Planning, design and development works. Applying new technology and innovative idea, she is improving the machineries’ capacity, longevity and thus become cost effective and user friendly.
She obtained her B. Sc. Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in Mechanical Engineering Department. She has working experience as Procurement Engineer in a renowned Equipment manufacturing company in Bangladesh.
